Shepard’s 28 year career as a US Air Force A-10 pilot, strategic planning officer at United States Southern Command in Florida, his experience as a commercial instrument rated pilot, he is almost decade as a mission and Cadet orientation pilot in the U.S. Air Force Civil Air Patrol make him a subject matter expert with the ability to analyze, not only aviation, but other transportation issues when they need improvement, or when there is a mishap.
